We have a number of tenants on our wait-list for a Tiny House parking spot in the area.
One of these families is Rachel and James.
With their new Tiny Home only a few short weeks from delivery, we are working with them to find a parking spot around the Torquay and Bellbrae vicinity.
The stats:
Their home is 10m long x 3m wide x 4.3m high
They are fully off-grid and self-sufficient for power
Prefer Torquay or Bellbrae areas but are open to a little further afield for the right site
Rental budget up to $150-$200 per week for the ideal spot (that’s $10,400 per year)
Lease to start ASAP
Their son has just started school locally, and they’re an active family who love to ride their bikes most places where possible.
Rachel and James run an online business in the maternity space and work from home. They value creativity and time outdoors, and are excited to downsize, grow their own food and live more simply.
The family have previously rented in Torquay, and are now ready to settle here permanently to stay close to family.
